Background and Formation

St. Anne’s society is a non-Government, non-political, non-profit making organization engaged in the field of Education, Health Care and Social Development. It was founded in the year 1944 and registered under Societies Registration Act, 1886, on 13th September 1944. The organization is formed with a wider concept of holistic and realistic development approach.

Legal Status

St. Anne’s Society is registered under Societies Registration Act, 1886, on 13th September 1944 bearing registration no. 16 of 1944. It is also registered under the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 1976 (FCRA) bearing the registration number 010260034 and subsequently renewed in the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010 on 30/09/2027. It is also registered under section 12AB bearing unique registration No. AAAAS2828M25HY01 valid up to AY 2031-2032.
